ABOUT THE EVENT
The Diversity and Inclusion Conference was designed to bring together C-suite members and executive leadership from across the nation to discuss D&I in all industries. Over the course of 2 days, the event featured cocktail reception and dinner, general sessions and a variety of breakout sessions with more than 30 speakers from industries including, but not limited to healthcare, technology, and women. The overarching goal for this powerful collective was to come up with solutions to address the diversity challenges plaguing many industries today.
SCOPE OF WORK HIGHLIGHTS
- Speaker travel, managing room blocks, food and beverage
- Run of show development and event setup and execution, staffing procurement and management
- Volunteer recruitment, orientation and management
