FOUNDER & CEO OF PLANNING 2 PERFECTION

With more than 2 decades in the industry, Egypt Graham has established herself as a well sought after planner with a knack for problem solving and getting the job done. She founded Planning 2 Perfection in 2007 after observing a critical gap between event production and business strategy.

Egypt recognized that even the most beautiful, well executed events needed to be in alignment with the mission of the sponsoring company or organization and making sure that happens is one of her main goals.

Planning 2 Perfection not only focuses on creating outstanding events, but positively impacting the bottom line of clients to ensure they gain a tangible return on their investment as a direct result of working with P2P.

With notable clients such as The Malcom Jenkins Foundation, PECO, The Philadelphia Tribune and United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey in the Planning 2 Perfection portfolio, the results speak for themselves.

Egypt holds a BS in Business Marketing from West Chester University, and an MBA in Management and Leadership from Rosemont College. As an adjunct Marketing and Entrepreneurship professor at St. Joseph‘s University, she ignites passion in budding planners and provides real time experiences for her students. She also serves as board member of Valley Youth House and member of the 12 days of Christmas Philadelphia Chapter.

Senior Planner

Cheryl Pollard has a penchant for events. With more than three decades of management in the corporate and non-profit sectors, Cheryl’s dedication to the “purpose, process, and people” formula creates the roadmap of successfully executing impactful event experiences from concept to completion. Cheryl’s meticulous attention to detail guarantees that no stone goes unturned during an event, and her unwavering commitment to service leaves an impression on every project, client, team member, and guest.

LAURA HUBBARD
Senior Planner

Laura Hubbard is a Marketing Event Manager and Digital Event Strategist with over 19 years of combined experience in event marketing, project management, campaign development, digital design, public relations, executive management, and creative services in the financial services, technology, retail, and telecommunications industries. She specializes in personalizing diverse events for each client and handling unique event situations with grace. Her signature is creative, and tasteful designs with incredible attention to detail and a structured + logistical event flow founded on transparency and communication. Laura is a foodie who loves painting, singing, traveling, yoga, interior design, and spending time with family.

MICHELLE WILLIAMSON
Event Planner & Communications

For over a decade, Michelle Williamson has successfully orchestrated a wide array of events, from corporate seminars, dinners, and panels to fairy-tale weddings. Additionally, her background in marketing and communications has equipped her with the skills needed to connect with audiences, promote events effectively, maintain brand integrity, navigate challenges, and ultimately deliver exceptional and memorable experiences. Michelle’s commitment to seamless event execution, plus her knack for effective communication, ensures that every occasion she curates is a resounding success.

LATOYA CHANDLER

Meet Latoya Chandler, a Philadelphia native and experienced administrative assistant. For the past 11 years, she has supported a municipal court judge while cultivating a passion for event planning. As a special project planner at Planning to Perfection (P2P), Latoya thrives on purposeful event coordination. She leaves no detail unattended, ensuring each occasion runs smoothly and leaves guests feeling empowered. Latoya’s warm and approachable nature fosters connections with attendees, addressing their questions and concerns with care. Beyond work, she immerses herself in the vibrant culture of her city, drawing inspiration from its diverse community. Latoya Chandler: a professional, efficient, and personable event planner.

ANTONIA WROTEN
Administrative & Events Assistant

Since entering the workforce in 2020, Antonia Wroten has established herself within the corporate arena as a proven Program Coordinator and Senior Administrator. Using experience and expertise from her study of Hospitality, she enlists her skills and knowledge to assist in the planning of conferences, charitable events, galas, etc. Antonia prides herself in event/program organization, execution, and impact. With a will to provide impactful programming/events, Antonia is sure to deliver on any project.
