ACHIEVEability Food For Thought 2018

 ABOUT THE EVENT
ACHIEVEability’s annual Food for Thought event serves to raise funds that aid in providing housing and other essentials to low-income families in West Philadelphia. This 500+ person event was held at the historic Reading Terminal Market in downtown Philadelphia, where P2P aided the organization in exceeding their fundraising goal.  

 SCOPE OF WORK HIGHLIGHTS

  • Start to finish event management
  • Selection of a diverse group of Reading Terminal caterers in order to create excitement around food
  • Live activation execution, including life sized bowling, scavenger hunts and other gaming experiences
  • Management of virtual giving platform, live and silent auctions
  • Run of show and talking point development
