ABOUT THE EVENT

In celebration of its 40th Anniversary, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. –Pennsylvania Chapter hosted an inspiring afternoon honoring four decades of advocacy,leadership, and community impact. Guided by the theme,“Honoring the Past, Shaping theFuture: 40 Years of Excellence,”the event brought together members, civic leaders, corporatepartners, scholarship recipients, and supporters for a thoughtfully curated experience celebratingthe organization’s legacy while investing in its future.

The program featured remarks from chapter and national leadership, recognition of pastpresidents, a moving scholarship presentation highlighting the organization’s enduringcommitment to education, a special 40th Anniversary fireside chat, and the presentation ofawards recognizing individuals whose leadership continues to advance the mission. Everyelement was intentionally designed to tell the organization’s story, celebrate its impact, andinspire continued support for the next generation of leaders.

Planning 2 Perfection partnered with the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. –Pennsylvania Chapter to transform their vision into a polished, mission-driven experience.Serving as an extension of the planning committee, we managed the strategy, coordination, andexecution that allowed leadership to remain focused on engaging members, celebrating honorees,and strengthening relationships with supporters.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

Designing the Program Experience— Developed a thoughtful program flow thatbalanced storytelling, recognition, inspiration, and celebration while keeping the audienceengaged from start to finish.
Managing Speakers & Honorees— Coordinated presenters, moderators, awardrecipients, and VIP guests to ensure every participant was prepared and every transitionwas seamless.
Leading Vendor & Production Coordination— Managed vendor sourcing,communications, and production logistics to deliver a cohesive event experience.
Creating a Seamless Guest Journey— Designed the registration process, managedguest lists, and developed the ballroom floor plan to create an exceptional attendeeexperience from arrival through departure.
Overseeing End-to-End Execution— Directed every operational detail before andduring the event, proactively solving challenges behind the scenes so leadership couldfocus on celebrating their members and advancing the organization’s mission.
